In short: this site has no cookies, no tracking and no ads, and keeps nothing about you in your browser. The only personal data it can receive is your email address, if you join the mailing list or write to me.

What the site does not do

• No cookies, and no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• The fonts, the images and the beats come from this site. Visiting it loads nothing from another service.
• The player keeps nothing in your browser: when you leave, nothing about your visit stays there.

The mailing list

• What: your email address, when you type it in a mailing list form (at the foot of every page, or on the kits page) and confirm it.
• Why: to send you the news of orb1tal: new kits, Apsis updates, plugin releases and discounts, one email per release. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR, article 6.1.a).
• Double opt-in: you first get an email asking you to confirm — nothing else is sent before that.
• Who handles it: Kit (kit.com), in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the EU standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.
• How long: until you unsubscribe, with the link in every email, then [À REMPLIR : délai de suppression du service].

Purchases

When you buy something here (Apsis, a beat licence), Creem (creem.io) takes the payment as the seller of record and receives what it needs for that. It shares with me[À REMPLIR : ce que la plateforme transmet : nom, email, pays, commande…], to deliver what you bought and answer you.

Emails you send me

Hosting
