Does Apsis make the music?

No. You bring the beat. Apsis turns it into a video that moves with it.

Do I need to know video editing?

No. Drop your beat, pick a look, press Export: Apsis renders the video faster than the song plays.

Is there a watermark?

No. The video is yours. Drop your cover art on the preview and type your name and tag: they are baked into the video.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC, 64-bit, or a Mac with macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon or Intel.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is that normal?

Yes. Apsis is not signed yet, so Windows does not know it the first time you run its installer. Click More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, open Apsis once, then click Open Anyway in System Settings › Privacy & Security.

Which formats can I export?

9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for feed posts and 16:9 for YouTube, in 1080p at 60 fps. The full song, or a 15, 30 or 60 s clip.

Can I use it while I produce?

Yes. Toolbar mode puts live meters beside your DAW. Ctrl + Alt + W shows or hides it — on a Mac, Control + Option + W (⌃⌥W).

Is my beat uploaded anywhere?

No. Apsis runs on your computer and your files stay there.

Do I get the updates?

Yes. On Windows, Apsis downloads each new version by itself and installs it when you close it. On a Mac, for now, you download the new version yourself.
